Melissa Arens, Stylist/Make-Up Artist

Melissa (Mel) was born in Michigan and has lived in southern California. She has been a resident of the Northwest Arkansas region for many years. In addition to styling great hair, she practices make-up artistry, providing makeovers, color matching and correction for everyday make-up looks and special occasions.

Mel approaches hair and make-up with creativity through color, texture and style, and she’s not afraid to experiment with the latest styles and trends. From eccentric runway styles to print hair and make-up to just great everyday looks, she is extremely versatile and works with client to achieve the optimal look. Her passion for hair, make-up and fashion became clear at a very early age and has developed aggressively over the years into honed talent and skillful ability.

Mel’s specialties include all types of hair color and highlight techniques, eye-catching styles for weddings, proms and special occasions, as well as make-up artistry and color matching.
